6. What happens after the training implementation? Following completion of the final quiz, we can mark and report the quiz results, and prepare individual participant certificates. If there are personnel who do not pass the final quiz, or non-compliant staff who do not improve following completion of the training program, we can offer a method for further assessment of their training potential. A poor success rate could be due a number of factors (e.g., language barrier, attitude, capability). Refer to the Evaluation of Training flow diagram for a process to determine potential roadblocks to success. Perhaps training is not your only concern. If any gaps in your quality system are identified during your training implementation, we will share this with you as part of the course feedback.
