3. Why should I choose your programs?
We specialize in closed seminars geared to your specific operations. Your particular training needs are our priority - we will work hard to meet your training objectives and accommodate your schedule.
- All of our courses feature interactive exercises, case studies, and hands-on tasks designed to involve and engage the learner.
- Presentations are directed to the audience - we can speak from a management perspective or to the shop floor operator - to retain interest and increase retention. GMP regulations are interpreted and applied to everyday situations.
- Q&C® offers on-site delivery, working closely with you to reduce scheduling conflicts.
We work with you to ensure we meet the training objectives, emphasizing:
- Application of information to ensure learning.
- Adult learning principles, such as:
• Encouraging trainees to participate and share their experiences.
• Providing an interactive learning environment geared to
success and progress.
• Applying the learning material to immediate and relevant,
real-life situations.
If you wish, we can also help you put in place a system for training effectiveness evaluation, as required by GMP guidelines, through course feedback, review exercises, and a quiz within the course.
We train at your facility. We have trained populations of more than 500 personnel, also groups as small as six people. Our facilitators share their broad-based experience in manufacturing and packaging, importing, distributing, warehousing, and laboratories for drugs and natural health products; and their knowledge of quality control and quality assurance, GMP, ISO 9000, and technical documentation.
Go to Course Leaders page for more information about our highly-qualified training staff.
We utilize our off-the-shelf GMP training courses regularly in the delivery of Quality Control Officer Services.
As well, we can offer group GMP training or individual SOP-based training in conjunction with our Validation Services and Large Compliance Project Consulting.
